The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

This will help expedite the refund process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product (see below).

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at pollibeeproducts@gmail.com. Please include a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product in your email. Upon verification, we will gladly send you a replacement product as soon as possible. We will also provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and will cover the return shipping costs in these instances.
