We're confident you'll be happy with your Polli Bee Naturals purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend contacting us at pollibeeproducts@gmail.com before shipping your return to inform us of your intention and receive any specific return instructions. This will help expedite the refund process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product (see below).

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at pollibeeproducts@gmail.com. Please include a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product in your email. Upon verification, we will gladly send you a replacement product as soon as possible. We will also provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and will cover the return shipping costs in these instances.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned product (or in the case of damaged goods, photographic evidence), and verify that it meets the terms of this return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are non-returnable items.
